We provide support, knowledge, verification testing, validation assessments and programming adjustments throughout the acclimatization period to ensure that the goals have been achieved.  Listening and understanding the patient’s point of view and their environment is critical to a successful treatment outcome.  At the start of care, clients are provided with a comprehensive audiologic assessment.  Hearing goals are set by the audiologist and a treatment plan is initiated.  

A treatment plan may include:

3) a hearing aid fitting and verification
4) remote microphone technology fittings
5) a tinnitus evaluation
6) tinnitus management
7) sound therapy
8) auditory rehabilitation

North Side Audiology Group is only staffed by highly trained audiologists who are members of the American Academy of Audiology, certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and licensed by the State of Illinois. You will be evaluated and treated by an audiologist.

We are one of the exclusive practices in the country that has been certified to fit the Lyric device. Each Lyric patient is seen by a team of two audiologists to ensure the best experience possible.
